Fabulous video. I love Costa Rica. Went there 1n 1997 for 3 weeks to learn to speak Spanish. Stayed with a Costa Rican family. It is my dream to revisit soon. Will view your video site more carefully, and see ways to get involved.
I found you because I was looking for vegetarians. At one time, I was thinking of doing a cookbook of meatless dishes that tasted really good. Today, I am making Lazy Cabbage Rolls - my Ukrainian mother made them with ground pork. I revised the recipe to make them with TVP and they taste just as good or better!
It would be an honour invite you as a friend, but have to do that separately.
